Dryer & vent service
Vented and heat-pump dryers fail differently. Vented units are usually a heat or airflow problem — and airflow means the duct, not just the appliance. Heat-pump units, common in newer Eastside condos, are a sealed refrigeration circuit with a condenser that needs cleaning.

Before you book
Find the model and serial number if you can — on refrigeration it's usually on the interior side wall or behind the lower grille, on ranges behind the storage drawer, on dishwashers along the tub edge inside the door. A photo of that plate lets us bring the right part to the first visit instead of the second.

Do you clean the vent line, or just the dryer?
Both, and we recommend it on any long-cycle complaint. A restricted duct makes a perfectly healthy dryer look broken, and it's a genuine fire risk — long vent runs on Eastside two-story homes are where we find the worst buildup.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
For common failures on the platforms we service daily, yes — fans, thermistors, igniters, seals and pumps. Control boards and sealed-system components are ordered against your model and serial number.
How is dryer & vent service priced?
The diagnostic is $95, waived when you approve the repair. Repairs are quoted in writing as parts plus labor before we start, and carry 90 days on parts and labor.
